A meditation for greater self compassion

Take a moment to reflect on your capacity for self compassion. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being extremely self compassionate and 1 being very critical of yourself, where would you rate your own self compassion? What beliefs, assumptions or attitudes might be getting in the way of you being kinder to yourself when experiencing difficulties? Practice this self compassion meditation regularly throughout this month and then reflect upon these questions again and see if your self-compassion score has increased.
